Use Crypto to Transfer Money Internationally

My situation is I sold cattle I owned in Brazil and have the money in my bank account there. Would would like to bring it to the US where I live but the exchange rate is pretty awful right now. So my question first.. Can I transfer the money easily and cheaply using crypo. And... would there be any way to lessen the effects of the exchange rate?
