Ever since they got bought by Circle the exchange has gotten extra scammy.
I lost about $200 to the whole CLAM ordeal last month where Poloniex took money from Bitcoin lenders to pay for the losses caused by their mistakes instead of paying for it themselves.
2 weeks later I try to withdraw my money and they freeze my account without explanation, I contacted them and haven't received a reply yet after almost 3 weeks, but I sent a ticket from an alternate email and got a reply in a few days, which suggests they might be purposely ignoring my ticket. Then I tweeted at them and they replied after a few hours, but deleted the tweet before I could see it and haven't replied since.
They also have a dedicated support twitter account which seems to have been abandoned since May and they also changed their support center system recently to make it email only, so I can't see the status of my ticket anymore. Very sketchy. Anyone else have similar experiences?
