You don't pay capital gains in crypto, in Portugal.

I heard Biden wants to raise that tax, so feel free to come to Portugal, to enjoy your tendies without limitations. We have good wine, good food, plenty of awesome beaches. Were a safe small country with plenty of good stuff.
