So, How Popular is r/Cryptocurrency compared to all of Reddit? Here's a look at some
<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>So, we all want to know how popular this sub really is now that we are an incentive based community.</p> <p>Current Members, Jul 24th 2021 10:30pm EST:</p> <p>(Rounded up) 3,255,000</p> <h3>Yesterday's Growth</h3> <p>+2385</p> <h3>Growth last week</h3> <p>+20,368</p> <h3>Growth last month</h3> <p>+100,000</p> <h3>Yearly Growth Rank on Reddit</h3> <p>Rank: 13</p> <p>+2,196,000</p> <h3>Post Rank for subreddits(Daily)</h3> <p>Rank: 19</p> <p>1,050 Posts</p> <h3>Comment Rank for Subreddits(daily)</h3> <p>Rank: 3</p> <p>33,888 comments</p> <h3>How do we compare to other crypto subs?</h3> <p>As far as frequency of posts, and comments, <a href="/r/Bitcoin">r/Bitcoin</a>, and <a href="/r/Ethtrader">r/Ethtrader</a> can't hold a candle to thr activity on this sub, and we have a post limit of 3 per member. Those are also the 2 most popular crypto subs on Reddit next to us. </p> <p>(Not including <a href="/r/dogecoin">r/dogecoin</a> for various reasons)</p> <p>Most importantly, Bitcoin, and Ethtrader combined aren't nearly as active as we are.</p> <h3>Other things</h3> <ul> <li><p>the most common subreddits our members subscribe to is Bitcoin, and Ethtrader.</p></li> <li><p>We are ranked 19 on Reddit for monthly posts with a 3 per day limit. So we are as active as it gets. </p></li> </ul> <p>We have seen steady growth from this time last year months prior to the bullrun. </p> <p>Our low was 3.25% subscriber gain. during a bearish/not so exciting market.</p> <p>If we can sustain that type of monthly growth we should be close to 5,000,000 members this time next year. But this is a very conservative underestimate. </p> <p>If we add.. </p> <ul> <li><p>another possible bullrun happening within this time next year</p></li> <li><p>Moons going Mainnet</p></li> <li><p>Another 50,000,000 crypto investors projected within the next year. Reddit is serious about making moons mainnet. </p> <p>This looks great for the future. </p> <p>I've done all the research I can possibly do about reddit, their plans for moons, their website's growth, their moon dev team, their incentives, projects, NFT integration, perks, memberships etc etc. There just isn't any more research I can do to know this is legit, and going places. </p> <p>There's a lot more going on here than most shitcoins ranked in the top 500 by MCap. I just don't see how we can't break into those ranks.
