Financial disaster…. Can I recover?

Accepted the loss and planning on indexing now using a bot that will automatically deduct money from my account monthly to remove any emotion from the process.</p> <p>New allocation after I decided to stop destroying my life:</p> <p>VXUS: 15%</p> <p>VTI: 50%</p> <p>VGT: 25%</p> <p>IYR: 10%</p> <p>Please review my investment allocations and confirm they wont lose me more money.</p> <p>Current net worth: 200k USD across all accounts. Annual pay: 230k</p> <p>Can I recover financially from my current position and still retire at a good age? How badly did I fuck my life?</p> <p>I don’t want to die poor.
