What makes this dip different than September?

From September 6th to September 20th, Crypto dropped 25%. That's similar and in much shorter time to what Crypto is dropping now since it's recent ATH in November. Back then the market sentiment was fucking deplorable. Every Market was tanking, and everyone was scared of how far BTC( and in turn the Crypto market) is going to drop. Well within a month after the low in September, BTC reaches a new all time high.
