Will people continue to predict a bull market during the entire bear market?

But I'm wondering when this will stop. Below 30k? At 20k?</p> <p><strong>I'm not saying we're going to 20k, we could, but at what point would permabulls say: Alright this is a bear market?</strong></p> <p>To me it looks way more like a bear market than like a "dip", but some people refuse to say that we're in a bear market.</p> <p>I've even seen people predict that we're about to go to 400k.
