Crypto hype is at bear-market levels but Bitcoin is still at a modest 46k.
<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>Looking at various metrics you can measure the current hype sentiment of people in crypto. How many are overly bullish right now? Well according to Google searches our current Crypto hype is at the sane levels as the 2018 bear market, back when BTC was +80% off its ATH. Right now BTC is just ~40% off its ATH and various altcoins are hitting a daily ATH. That's not how a bear-market works.</p> <p>I personally don't think that a Crypto bear market has altcoins getting ATHs daily. For a real bear-market we would have - 90% off alts or even more. So don't be a baby and call this a bear-market. If you look at the yearly time frame, this is just some mid-cycle move.</p> <p>If the hype is at all time lows but BTC is still at $46k. Then it would a sight to see if we even get just some hype back.
