Former sec officials who brought case against ripple have a class action lawsuit fil
<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p><a href="https://www.dropbox.com/s/2lyindnry8d0awy/001_2022.04.11_complaint.pdf?dl=0">filed lawsuit with allegations</a> </p> <p>Brought by and summarised by this lawyer/tweet thread: <a href="https://twitter.com/freddyriz/status/1514271586357956611?s=21&t=oXnH1Euo0WxEDWTWfMsfjA">twitter link</a></p> <p>Tldr: Jay Clayton (who headed the sec and brought the case against ripple on his last day before jumping ship to work for eth invested companies) & Hinman (aka the guy who gave eth free pass speech while being sec director of corporation finance and being paid $15mn by his former and current employer and eth alliance investor) have had a class action lawsuit filed against them for:</p> <p>“tortious interference in ALL XRPL Network Users' valid business expectancy in the XRPL Network” and basically costing xrp holders billions</p> <p>Anyone following the ripple case has seen how corrupt these pair of clowns were, as outlined in the case here, so it’s good to see this case being brought. Even if it goes nowhere the idea of these chumps having to sweat a little warms my heart. </p> <p>Had to double check it wasn’t a joke as the suit refers to these two as Homer and Willy, which apparently they are changing so as not to be seen as such…..</p> <p>Fuck the sec
