What do you think would realistically happen if the SEC loses the lawsuit against Ri

For over two years now they are still not coming to a conclusion but most lawyers already said that we will very likely see this case end by this year or early next year. Throughout this shitshow there have been many unexpected wins for Ripple but also a few for SEC.</p> <p>Whether XRP actually wins is unknown but the past months showed that SEC had more and more reasonable pressure coming from crypto with just a recent lawsuit from Grayscale where Grayscale will very likely win so its just a matter of time until the SEC losses.</p> <p>But what would happen then? Would crypto actually rally on just a lawsuit that one altcoin won? Possible but would be then see a bear-killing rally or just a fake pump.
