Greenpeace took a $5M donation from Ripple's co-founder Chris Larson to lobby agains
<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>Greenpeace USA and the Environmental Working Group took a $5M donation from Ripple's ex-CEO/co-founder Chris Larson to lobby against/ spread misinformation about Bitcoin and its environmental impact lobbying towards a code change. </p> <p>The climate groups are pushing for institutions such as Fidelity, BlackRock, Block and PayPal to influence the Bitcoin protocol.
