If I can help one people, it will be already something.</p> <p>Back in 2018, I started to get more interested into crypto and put my first bucks on the top of bull market , bought 1 ETH for around 8-900$ if I'm right. CLASSICAL mistake, fomo and not selling anything.</p> <p>During the bear market after it, I started to read and read and put some money in 10, 20, then 30 different projets. This is something that almost everyone experienced I guess.</p> <p>Then there's 2021, this year that a lot of people liked but not me.</p> <p>25 December 2020, my wallet is worth around 20k $ (something around break even after investing in hope for 2 years).</p> <p>Then it's the crazy bull, my wallet went from 20 to 250k in septembre. And then...</p> <p>My problem was anxiety because I was 90% based on 1 currency that I couldn't stop to say "it's my favorite" and all these shit.</p> <p>I bought the token at around 4-6$ and it went to around 420$ on septembre, like 2 days after my birthday. </p> <p>I thought the world was for me and that I could leave my job, launch my business, be someone...</p> <p>Then the shit happened, slowly, like you don't want to sell days after days until you make some panic sell and panic buy the next day because it pump 5% and now you're scared....</p> <p>Today my wallet is worth less than it was back in December 2020. </p> <p>I wonder how many people are in the same situation? Are we legion? </p> <p>I personally suffered from that, and it's still not easy, having some anxiety and panic attack about my future, my goals and what I missed.</p> <p>I think everyone can make x100 on their wallet.
