How to read 10KQs? Looks like all information can be obtained elsewhere
<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>My understanding that I should have some checklist while reading 10K, but I can’t imagine what can be useful there.</p> <p>All financial information I can obtain from APIs, so valuations and technical analysis can be done in Excel directly.</p> <p>Business section of fillings has only limited information, so I need to dig into broader industry to understand how everything works there.</p> <p>Risks section looks more like legal document, which in my understanding is not particularly useful for me as investor.</p> <p>Maybe some management comments may be helpful.</p> <p>What am I missing?</p> <p>What should I understand about business after reading those statements?
