Help- I have never heard of Binance until this morning

The account was made last night in Indonesia, and I live in the western USA. Is there any action I should take besides obviously not confirming the account? </p> <p>Why would someone want to sign me up for this? If someone wanted to buy crypto, why would they use someone else's email address?
