A player bets initially(ante up) on his cards with chips and the player on the left either bets with the same number of chips or more than that if he is confident about his cards. You can also drop the chance if you don't want to bet and wait for the next betting interval. A betting end when either everyone put the same number of chips or dropped then shows the cards.
