Dumb Question--Probably Lost Bitcoin

It was likely the "bitcoin wallet" app on my android, but not certain. Is there any way to track down the wallet? I have my login info and the address, but cannot remember where the damn things are stored. </p> <p>​</p> <p>Am I screwed, or is there a way to retrieve my bitcoin?
