Crypto needs to be easier to use if real adoption is ever going to happen

I thought that crypto was easy enough to use until I started trying to tell people who had never even heard of Bitcoin about it.

You mention the words "digital currency" to someone who hasn't heard of Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrencies and their eyes glaze over as if you are telling them that Bigfoot, Nessie, or the Jersey Devil are real. ...never mind getting into anything like decentralization, DeFi, or smart contracts in general.

I know, I know... People will end up using them without even realizing it because they will be the backbone of the world financial system at some point. (...I mean, that is what we all believe, yeah?)

...without understanding them at least even a little bit, though, I feel like that level of adoption is going to take so much longer than I had initially.

Kind Regards R
