Has anyone moved to Puerto Rico to take advantage of the tax situation?

Has anyone moved to Puerto Rico to take advantage of the tax situation?

I'm a US Citizen and I'm considering doing this. Right now I have a decent sized sum (mid 6 figures) in cash, ready to buy crypto. This cash has been taxed already.

I believe that if I move to PR, buy crypto and then later sell it while being a resident, I can take advantage of the lack of capital gains tax. Is this correct?

Thanks.

Kind Regards R
