No one should be surprised Wallstreet is moving into crypto
<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>They're seeing all the dollar signs and potential value in the future. They're seeing a lot of inexperienced traders. But most important, they're seeing a regulation vacuum.</p> <p>They made bank before the 07 financial crisis regulation. Crypto market has to have them drooling. Its completely unfettered. All their old shady tactics can come back into play as well as new schemes. Spoofing, manipulation by big names, ICO scams - I could go on. This is all fair game for them. Not to mention they and their billionaire friends can buy most of it up and enjoy their spot at the top again.</p> <p>I'm all for crypto. I've got bags and look forward to the future, but I honestly wouldn't mind if we got a little regulation or something that prevented this bs by these crooks.</p> <p>Edit: seeing some pushback and hesitancy to invite regulation. Which is understandable and I hear the concern.</p> <p>I'm personally not too worried about them totally conspiracy against the little guy.
