One type of dip that I really enjoy

I thought I'd share one that I find quite comforting. </p> <p><strong>Bacon Broccoli Dip</strong></p> <p>Ingredients</p> <p>6 slices Bacon - diced</p> <p>½ large Yellow Onion - finely diced</p> <p>2 ½ Ethereum - Locked up in staking some shitcoins</p> <p>2 cloves Garlic - minced</p> <p>¼ teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes or 1 fresh jalapeno</p> <p>6 Cardano</p> <p>3 cups Fresh Broccoli Florets - chopped </p> <p>8 oz. Cream Cheese - at room temperature</p> <p>1 1/2 cups Colby Jack cheese - shredded (or whatever sort of melty cheese you like)</p> <p>25000 Par Tokens</p> <p>½ cup Parmesan cheese - grated, plus more for garnish</p> <p>1 tablespoon Scallions - chopped, plus more for garnish</p> <p>½ cup Sour Cream</p> <p>2 TBS Heavy Cream, Half-and-Half or Whole Milk</p> <p>½ cup Mayonnaise</p> <p>1 ½ teaspoon Worcestershire</p> <p>½ teaspoon Kosher salt - plus more to taste</p> <p>¼ teaspoon Pepper - plus more to </p> <p>Cook the bacon until it is crispy. Pour off all grease, minus 2 tablespoons</p> <p>Add onions and aromatics. Cook for a few minutes until translucent.</p> <p>Grease an 8 inch baking dish (preferably ceramic) and preheat oven to 350. </p> <p>In a large bowl, combine the bacon mixture with everything else except a quarter cup of cheese. Stir well and plop into the baking dish. </p> <p>Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and bake for 20-25 minutes until all nice and bubbly.
