<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>I made a post some days ago complaining about Kraken and their seeming inability to do something they said they would to assist a user.</p> <p>That something was the recovery of BTC to the tune of about 40k USD that I lost several year ago in mid 2017.</p> <p>So today they've made me eat humble pie as they've only gone and recovered it for me and showed me exactly how much they value me as a user.</p> <p>All I can say to anyone else in my position, be patient, be persistent and remain polite.
