Wanting to invest in a million dollar bed and breakfast

I’m 26yo with 800+ credit score. I’m very well rounded in the financial department. I make $3,500 a month and I and really considering buying the BnB. It’s price is well worth the buy for the BnB is an AAA Diamond awarded Victorian Mansion(fully furnished) in a very well versed location. Though my only thing is, you think it’s worth in the long run? I have great credit history and feel like I can definitely quality for a business loan to buy the property.

Edit: I appreciate all the feedback and quite honestly I’m happy you’re all telling me that this investment may not be worth it. I mean, brutal honesty is the best honesty. That being said, yes I know I would end up running the business myself solely with the help of my spouse. I would be able to take it on all the while still receiving my monthly income. And why wouldn’t a bank lend me 1 million? Don’t most businesses/entrepreneurs receive some large sum to get up and going? I mean it’s a “small loan of a million dollars” ya know. Again, Thank you all! It means a lot to hear advice from all of you.

submitted by /u/ZealousidealHornet59
[link] [comments]Kind Regards R
