What would you consider a good % profit share?

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>Personal investment question here:</p> <p>Dave and Jack are partners in a company, capital $100K</p> <p>Deal is Dave to put $100K in company and Jack would operate it fully.</p> <p>In this case, how do you distribute profits?
