If most investments are controlled by the few rich and powerful then why do we inves

Only 25%.</p> <p>2) When large drops like this happen in a single day, it's evident that it's not mostly retail selling but rather these large institutions</p> <p>3) So then why are we (retail) then putting our money into a system that's not mainly dictated by us? </p> <p>I must be missing something. The institutions and rich can decide on a whim to sell, and even if retail had been buying, we just have to go along with the flow.
