Are you addicted to chart staring?

Whether you want to admit it or not, we are addicted to chart starting, but there is hope.</p> <p>For a long time my routine has been:</p> <p>- Wake up</p> <p>- Open exchanger app to check prices</p> <p>- Open coingecko to check prices</p> <p>- Open coinmarketcap to check prices</p> <p>- Repeat.</p> <p>These doesn't seem much but add 60x more times on top of that and you find yourself wasting at least 1h of your day doing nothing but checkin candles mostly red). This gets boring and it's destructive.</p> <p>Fortunately for me, i was able to break out of this vicious cicle and so can you.</p> <pre><code>WHAT I DID </code></pre> <ol> <li>Deleted all the apps from my phone - I only download them on DCA day, remove it after;</li> <li>When i get the urge to check prices, i instead go learn about finances overall;</li> <li>IF i somehow fail to avoid checking charts, i'll do 20 pushups.</li> </ol> <p>I've been clean for 5 days now and i plan on keep going.
