Nobody here wants crypto to fail, we just want a crypto without scammers. So stop ca

Let me say this first: Nobody here wants to see crypto fail.

Little more than a week ago posts and comments here about FTX having liquidity or solvency issues were mass downvoted. They were labelled as FUD, Binance plants and crypto haters. Then FTX failed. Several months before that, posts and comments about Celsius being a scam received negativity. Then Celsius fell. Barely a few weeks before that posts and comments just questioning Terra/Luna not being a Ponzi was met with pushback. Terra soon crashed.

I am not saying any and all concerns or criticism is correct. But it is good to have conversations questioning things. At this point a lot of this sub have dissolved into something very similar to the SafeMoon and its blind faith. Every criticism or concern is called FUD. They even have a FUD flair.

We come to today where people are questioning Crypto.com reserves. Having concerns about Kucoin and OKX. Querying activities about Huobi and Gate io. And it's being labelled FUD.

Let me be clear once again: Nobody here wants to see crypto fail

I understand people are jaded and crypto is taking a lot of heat. Some people here probably introduced coins to your family and friends. Honestly, that one is one you. Some of us maybe based our whole lives around crypto and maybe depend on it to put food on the table.Unfortunate maybe, but that's also on you. I am actually in both camps and that's on me. Everyone here knew crypto is volatile. It was always a risk. Major risk with major rewards.

But: No one here wants to see crypto fail

All we want is a crypto without scammers and scumbags who rip off unaware retail customers. We want a crypto we can trust with our own money and perhaps one day our family and kids future. Any firm that does act fraudulently, we do want them to fail. It is better for bad firms to fail now that later when they are even larger and will cause way more losses. If imagine the 2008 version of crypto. You should know the whole world economy didn't collapse to the ground only because banks were bailed out, and crypto is definitely not gonna get bailed out, so everything would collapse close to 0 from which crypto may never recover.

Do you really prefer to see that happen in the future? Or to see just a number of firms collapse now and crypto eventually recover much stronger.

Stop calling valid concerns. If it actually is FUD, the truth will kill it and it would disappear anyway.

No one here wants to see crypto fail. We'd be on Buttcoin if that what we wanted.

submitted by /u/OneThatNoseOne
[link] [comments]
