Super Bowl Crypto.com commercial: How big is it?
<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p><a href="https://Crypto.com">Crypto.com</a> will run its first Super Bowl ad on Sunday 13 February 2022 (in a month time ). <strong>How big will this advertising be in terms of adoption of Crypto.com and impact on CRO price?</strong> </p> <p>“There’s a lot of people saying crypto is a fad, just the way they said the internet was a fad,” Steven Kalifowitz, Crypto.com's chief marketing officer, told the <a href="https://www.wsj.com/articles/crypto-com-will-run-its-first-super-bowl-ad-amid-marketing-blitz-11640174402">Wall Street Journal</a>. “Crypto is really the basis of the next version of the internet.”</p> <p>As someone that lives far from the US I can assure you that in this part of the world we really do <strong>not care</strong> about American football in general and what is advertised during the break in particular. But news-bulletins and mainstream media do cover the insane amount of <strong>money</strong> companies spend on securing airtime during the event, so I suspect some echoes might reach the other side of the Atlantic as well. </p> <p>It's worth noting that recently 30-second ads during the Super Bowl ads <a href="https://eu.usatoday.com/story/money/2021/02/06/super-bowl-commercials-cost-for-every-year-game-played/115437118/">have cost at least $5 million</a>, so I bet any company investing millions would make sure that whatever is advertised has an impact on its revenues.</p> <p>I believe this commercial will mark the launch of the <strong>US exchange</strong> - but of course these are my two cents only. What do you nice people of Reddit think (especially those of you who live in the US)?
