The late software developer, Hal Finney was the first person to receive a Bitcoin transaction.</p> <p>One of his and all of Cryptos most famous lines are “Running Bitcoin“ which was tweeted today exactly 14 years ago as he received the first BTC transaction of 10BTC and started running the bitcoin blockchain as one of the earliest contributors. Sadly Hal Finney passed away in 2014 from a disease. But even until today many people even believe that he is the actual Satoshi Nakamoto.
