In just over 3 years, it has grown to a market cap of over $3,000,000,000 USD, The FTX Token has proven itself useful for traders all around the world.&quot;</em></p> <p>Unfortunately, I am not kidding; this is Google's summary:</p> <p><a href="https://preview.redd.it/0fcyy8jz71da1.png?width=834&amp;format=png&amp;auto=webp&amp;s=99563b6665faa65591d4989d4e4f975579ff9bb6">Lies.</a></p> <p>In reality, FTT is the token of the FTX exchange, an exchange that filed for bankrupcy on November 11, 2022. FTT was already pretty useless because it had no real use-case other than serving as SBF's collatoral, but now it has joined LUNC and LUNA among the ranks of tokens that were made by people wanted by the police.</p> <p>So it is basically a dead coin of a criminal.</p> <p>&#x200B;</p> <h1>(2) FTT is pumping</h1> <p>For some reason, FTT has pumped 274% since the low on January 1st.</p> <p><a href="https://preview.redd.it/blxjkj8j81da1.png?width=1609&amp;format=png&amp;auto=webp&amp;s=341225c1915b8aee089953c59392c75a6a36b971">https://preview.redd.it/blxjkj8j81da1.png?width=1609&amp;format=png&amp;auto=webp&amp;s=341225c1915b8aee089953c59392c75a6a36b971</a></p> <p>FTT also pumped 58% today. Because it was said that FTX <em>MIGHT</em> be revived. By someone with obvious interest in this revival, because it was the current head of FTX. Traditional finance is happily sharing this type of news for some reason.</p> <p><a href="https://preview.redd.it/d4ljghyq81da1.png?width=1613&amp;format=png&amp;auto=webp&amp;s=a1108038dbce258474595ba1f0053ed0e5f4bbd5">https://preview.redd.it/d4ljghyq81da1.png?width=1613&amp;format=png&amp;auto=webp&amp;s=a1108038dbce258474595ba1f0053ed0e5f4bbd5</a></p> <p><a href="https://preview.redd.it/12e8vya291da1.png?width=1071&amp;format=png&amp;auto=webp&amp;s=3afb2eabd229e88eb020d676bab8b780f7cb1086">https://preview.redd.it/12e8vya291da1.png?width=1071&amp;format=png&amp;auto=webp&amp;s=3afb2eabd229e88eb020d676bab8b780f7cb1086</a></p> <p>&#x200B;</p> <h1>(3) Why is it still possible to trade dead/scam coins like FTT (and LUNC)?</h1> <p>I really cant understand why scam coins like FTT and LUNC are still allowed to be traded. Almost all the major exchanges still allow this. </p> <p>This is the top 25 overview for FTT.</p> <p><a href="https://preview.redd.it/v451dj4g91da1.png?width=926&amp;format=png&amp;auto=webp&amp;s=d9548daf6357197290d2a0702b51b839e5a2d7e2">FTT</a></p> <p>The LUNC overview looks similar:</p> <p><a href="https://preview.redd.it/fhjzsfd9a1da1.png?width=921&amp;format=png&amp;auto=webp&amp;s=b9c5050e3673b192c39a1eb3ad30842beeaac663">LUNC</a></p> </div><!-- SC_ON --> submitted by <a href="https://www.reddit.com/user/Beyonderr"> /u/Beyonderr </a> <br/> <span><a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/comments/10g7cxp/why_on_earth_did_ftxs_exchange_coin_ftt_pump_58/">[link]</a></span> <span><a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/comments/10g7cxp/why_on_earth_did_ftxs_exchange_coin_ftt_pump_58/">[comments]</a></span> </td></tr></table>
