Should I invest in a property at 20yr old

Hi all. I just turned 20 and finished school two years ago. Did a gap year last year and came home with about 22 000 euros. Currently paying for my private pilot liscense with the intention of getting my commercial liscense. June this year and I'll head back to my job and make another 15 000 euros by December. While most of this money will go towards my flying hours I've been interested in buying a cheap apartment/flat in the next two three years to start my real estate portfolio. I came here to ask if an apartment is a good idea or if there's anything cheaper such as garages that I should invest in. Or use the left over money for something completely different.

submitted by /u/VGOD101
[link] [comments]
