PSA - Crypto.com Max withdrawal not truly Max

Just tried withdrawing all of my BTC from Crypto.com app. Basically I had 0.05643251 BTC in the app to the withdraw. From every other exchange/app, when choosing the amount, you can simply select Max to put in your entire balance.

However, when selecting Max, it auto filled only to Ten Thousandths place or 0.0564 BTC. I had to manually type in the remaining 0.00003251 to fully withdraw everything. Just for a test, after manually typing in my full amount, tapped on Max again and it went back to 0.0564 BTC, so I had to re-enter in the full amount again.

Not sure if this is known, but I think Crypto.com should fix this issue. It is pretty disingenuous if this is intentional since Crypto.com has a dust converter to CRO which would make it very likely to use if you aren't careful enough on withdrawing or transacting your full amount.

All in all, always remember the details and double check everything when you are transacting with Crypto.

Kind Regards R
