Did anyone else convince friends to get crypto? When? And how did it go?
<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>I got a couple friends into it during the 2017 bubble. BTC was at $12000 and ran up towards $19000. I turned my $200 into $1200 with shit coins like XVG and TRX. My friends bought about $500 of stuff like LTC. It went up for a bit and then it crashed hard. I was down 50% for a while. Since then I bought more randomly. Now I'm thinking about putting some savings into it with a hardware wallet instead of keeping my money in my bank or exchange.</p> <p>Once friend ended up selling LTC, probably for a loss. Not sure what my other friend did.</p> <p>Now I see crypto getting to be a great banking option for my savings.</p> </div><!-- SC_ON --> Kind Regards R
