What's best way to buy bitcoin via a debit card with bearable fees?

<div class="md"><p>Coinbases 10% is unacceptable for me at this point, I tried cashapp and I literally couldn't add money or buy bitcoin and it just gave an error msg and support replied to "just wait" or "keep trying" so I'm pretty much done with them</p> </div> Kind Regards R
