They had an option to pay through Bitpay. They removed it in the last couple of weeks as a payment method for all countries. 

The only reason recurring payments work on things like PayPal is because they are essentially custodial wallets. You could build an app like PayPal and have scheduled payments on bitcoin the same exact way.Kind Regards R
