Tokenizing a commodity?

X number of interested investors purchase this &quot;Island&quot; token. The price of the token goes up and down, just like any other investment. Fine. But what happens when the island is purchased? Do the investors receive the money from the purchase? Who would be the custodian of the island in this case?</p> </div><!-- SC_ON --> Kind Regards R
