QQQ vs QQQM performance not what you'd expect

I guess it's to do with volume, or maybe dividends? But the difference is supposed to be 0.05% saved on the fee when you buy QQQM. However, comparing the performance on 3 different sites proved that QQQ consistently comes out on top if you just play around with the date range you're viewing.

I guess the argument is "if you're holding this for long term then in the end QQQM will be the winner"? Is the argument based on the assumption (one that seems valid) of volume eventually picking up for QQQM?

0.05% in QQQ's favor when looking back 6 months ago for example. 5 days compared is in QQQ's favor again by 0.07%. 1 day change in favor of QQQ by 0.05%.

submitted by /u/F7K2
[link] [comments]Kind Regards R
