Proposal to Sync Moon Distribution Cycles to the Lunar Calendar

As can be observed <a href="https://catalina.lpl.arizona.edu/moon/phases/calendar">Here</a></p> <p>Abovementioned 2 days have a time-gap of around 7 days between them.
