Supposedly, I will get about 9% returns with the money tied up for months at a time (up to 12 months in some cases). As part of that platform, they now offer a realty note based liquid cash product at about 4% returns. You can more the money in and out at will. It is not insured, so if the house flipping market crashes in the southeast US, that liquidity might dry up a bit. I put $5k into Stairs.
