Is the upcoming fed taper priced in?

But from my perspective, is it really?</p> <p>I know there have been some selloffs, no doubt some of which due to the upcoming tapering, but the tapering isn't just a word; when money is no longer so easy to get, it will have actual effects on business, so wouldn't this further drive the stock prices down when tapering occurs?
