SBLOC proceeds on crypto stablecoin?

My brokerage bank doesn’t allow using SBLOC proceeds on security, paying back margin account or deposit into a brokerage account.

Crypto stablecoin is not considered security by the SEC. Some protocol offers higher yield than the SBLOC interest rate that I can capture to make my loan interest free (or more). It’s a whole lot of different discussion about the risk of crypto stablecoin but I’d like find the answers on the following questions:

Would I be able to use my SBLOC proceeds to buy crypto stablecoin?

How would the bank know what I do with the proceeds once I transfer it out to a different bank account?

submitted by /u/iCoinnn
[link] [comments]Kind Regards R
