Need help - Time to rebalance or maintain long term perspective

Hey guys, looking for some outside opinions. I am young, and am investing with money that I can afford to not have access too until retirement. My portfolio is mostly small cap growth stocks, NOT BIG REDDIT MEME NAMES, I have done all my own research using bloomberg terminal and other sources to find good picks using the bloomberg screeners. Criteria I look for: Strong revenue CAGR, healthy balance sheet, +POSITIVE AND GROWING OPERATING CASH FLOW+. Well I have been getting eaten alive by this growth downturn.

I have fairly high confidence (80%) that most of these names will be long term successes, many of them have NOT FUNDAMENTALLY CHANGED at all. I lack the experience in the market to determine if I should sell or not, my only concern is that growth could see a decade downturn.

Some of the names:

CMBM Cambium networks -45% - These guys make top of the line 5g radios. They are having supply chain constraints but demand is extremely high, they are forecasting the supply chain to ease up within the year.

RGEN Repligen corp +10% - this one hurts, I was over 50% up at one point. Biotech. Nothing has changed. Stronge M+A, good pipeline.

NCNO nCino -31% - The industry leader in cloud banking serving large names (like UBS). The only cloud banking platform that offers a full suite of products (customers need not use multiple service providers). High P/S ratio... but I am confident in the growth. Very strong culture and great leadership.

TCNNF Truelieve Cannabis Corp -34% - This is the only cannabis name worth investing in in my eye. They have seen explosive growth and open new stores literally every month. They have expanded into 2 new states in 2021, product is top rated, stores look like apple stores, and they have a monopoly on florida. Some unrelated drama with the CEO's husband caused a downturn in the stock that stuck around.

AYX Alteryx -23% - Anther high P/s growth name. These guys make a top of the line SaaS data processing tool, different than tableau. Idk what else to say, data is just getting more and more important. Ive had some issues with what management is doing but once their cloud product comes out I think things will turn around.

Thats pretty much whats bogging me down. Im considering halving all of my positions and getting some big value names- CL, VZ, PG, ABBV, etc.

submitted by /u/EthicallyIlliterate
[link] [comments]Kind Regards R
