What will BTCs narrative of "digital gold/store of value" be replaced with?

As we can see, with Equity markets around the world plummeting, Crypto is no exception. The narrative of a deflationary asset to protect one in case of an economic crisis does not hold up against reality. </p> <p>The question is: What will the narrative be replaced with? BTC went from a “decentralized currency of the future” to “store of value” because the initial vision behind it never worked out. Now, the second theorem collapses in front of our eyes.
