Do you believe the market for NFT rentals will boom in the coming years?

The greater the utility of an NFT, the more likely it is that someone will rent it, making it much easier for owners of those specific NFTs to generate passive income. I believe they should do so if it is applicable. Not everyone can afford the prices of the NFTs in order to play. It will be a win-win situation for both the renter and the owner of the NFT. Except for <a href="https://axieinfinity.com/">Axie infinity</a>, which has a scholarship concept, the only project I've seen that will use NFT rentals is <a href="https://k4rally.io/?r=1">K4 rally</a>. I took advantage of the opportunity to purchase while they were having their token sale. Anyways, Please let me know if you know of any other projects that will do the same. It would also be very useful in metaverses. People can rent billboards for advertisements, as well as land for concerts and other events.<br/> Another possible application for NFT rentals is renting digital versions of the game for a limited time or by chapter of the game.
