On a stock market simulator, I made $153,000 profit. Is this possible in real life?

Yesterday, I discovered this stock called LogicBio Therapeutics at 7 am. The premarket said it would open at $2 when it was $0.20 Friday. I invested $23,000 in it at that $0.20 price, assuming it would open at that price. It did and I made a $153,000 profit.</p> <p>Would this have been possible in real life?
