I think we've had enough mud-slinging on SBF. If you were/are an employee at a Centr

First: this thread is "distinguished." I am a moderator here, and I do not intend to earn moons from this post.

Second, I personally think we need to police ourselves. I see some of the things that people point out that SBF engaged in and I see some slight parallels with Mark Karpeles (CEO of Mt. Gox). We are not journalists, we are not morality police. Unprofessional behavior is not an absolutely, positively, 100% tell-tale sign that you will lose money, but this could be one factor of an exchange not being properly run.

Step 1: Communicate with the moderation team. If you are close to someone in a position of significant power at an exchange and you believe what they are doing is unprofessional, we need to know that you are an employee of the exchange. Talk to us in modmail, we will tell you what to do without doxxing you or getting you in trouble, and evaluate the story.

https://old.reddit.com/message/compose/?to=/r/CryptoCurrency

Step 2: If we approve you to make a post, post, then we will approve the psot and let everyone know your story has been verified.

Step 3: stay safe.

Step 4: If we don't think what you've told us is worth posting here, we suggest you contact the verge or vice and tell one of their reporters what you've seen or observed. Hate him or love him, I believe I saw a hit-piece of Justin Sun a few months ago by one of these outlets.

EDIT: We think it would be a good idea to keep this to the top "large" exchanges. We could say "top 20 or top 30 by volume on Coingecko or CoinMarketCap" but this is not set in stone.

submitted by /u/sgtslaughterTV
[link] [comments]
