Whatever you are: Node, Validator or custodial/non-custodial wallet, you MUST have passed a KYC verification in order to be able to operate in this space.</p> <p>This obviously is justified as AML and anti-drug trafficking prevention and so on, just like when they say that bitcoin is only used for drugs, criminal stuff and terrorism.</p> <p>This is now more actively talked and enforced since the total collapse of FTX, giving them even more reasons to push regulations in a more restrictive way, so it won't be an easy fight against zero privacy proponents like E.
