HELP NEEDED: Treasury bond auctions - announcement vs auction date

According to the website the treasury “announcement” should be today 1/19, the “auction” will be on 1/24 and the “issue” date will be 1/26.</p> <p>I have a Fidelity account and want to buy these bonds but I don’t see them posted today, 1/19. When do they go up for purchase to individuals? Later today? The 24th?
