I've just been scammed
<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>Hello,</p> <p>I've just been scammed using the <a href="http://www.HodlHodl.com">www.HodlHodl.com</a> platform. I'm stupid. I'm crying, my skin is burning and my body is shaking. I've lost all of my money. It's not a lot to most probably, but I've been scammed of 0.1747BTC and no longer will I be able to move out as I had planned. </p> <p>I've listed Revolut as the payment method for the BTC I was selling. The scammer told me that they'd send me the funds just by using my phone number. I gave them my number and then I received a notification from Revolut with the following text:</p> <p>"Confirmation: A payment of €1650 with the reference "Sam btc" has just been received into your account and is currently pending. The payment can not be reversed but will be released within 2-4 hours due to difference in locations." </p> <p>I didn't want to release the trade because inside of the Revolut app there was no money, but that message being sent to me from Revolut made all the difference. I was still reasoning with them that they can't expect of me to release the payment without the money having been received by my account but.. They've talked me into it.
