I'm buying BRCC SPAC SBEA

Just bought 10k off the SPAC SilverBox Engaged Merger Company SBEA prior to merger with Utah based Black Rifle Coffee Company. BRCC sells premium coffee through direct to user, stores and a chain of stores. The company plans for expansion into bottled beverage and merchandise and to open more stores across the US and Europe. BRCC is still small with about 1% of the market but they have strong sales growth of 40% while maintain 40% gross margins. The 450m cash from SPAC will provide funding for a growth explosion. Their rabid fans are willing to pay more for the brand providing a margin "hedge" that could make them the most profitable new beverage company. BRCC's enterprise value of 1.7b is just above 5 times next year's sales, roughly a quarter higher than Starbucks. Also, owners will forfeit 20m shares if the stock price doesnt double in 7 years. Best SPAC ever! Get in while the shares are dirt cheap!

submitted by /u/factsintime
[link] [comments]Kind Regards R
