LTE.V potential opportunity buy

LTE.V- Is a fibre optic company based in Canada that has been around since 2004 and IPO'd in February 2017 to a height of 3.60$ in March of the same year, falling steadily to a price of 0.115 in September of 2019 based on the fact the hype for Fibre was ahead of the availability to actually roll it out. After this it went on a steady rise, partially hastened by the pandemic last march but recovered to .90$. Then staying in this range until one of their largest contracts in the UK fell through due to Covid in October. From there it dropped back to .14 and has since risen to .38 and now settled back down to .28. Market Cap: 16.57M Enterprise value: 16.65M Revenue: 23.92M Total Cash: 1.26M Total Debt: 749k

Quarterly Revenue Growth (yoy)455.8%

The opportunity- A Recently closed and upsized deal of financing at 1.25M at 0.25 per share, as well as an over performing Q1 report released on March 1st. Last evening there was over 100,000$ of insider buying in exercised warrants at 0.35 each as well as acquisition under prospectus exemption at 0.25 each across 3 figure heads of the company. The stock has since been unresponsive based on how the stock market has been in general this week as well as the fact it's under the radar to most currently other than those who are already familiar. Regardless this company is set up for exponential gains in the future as it currently frequents government contracts in Canada where Fibre network has yet to be rolled out and has positioned themselves in a favorable spot. One of their last contracts was for 1.2 Million and was only for a population of 10,000 people.

some points as to why its a good time:

Multiple insider buying is better than one guy, in amounts that are large relative to their previous holdings in the company

Look for directors/chairmen activity, not 10% or greater holdings

Companies close to a 52week low are good indication turn around might be around the corner. Little value in buying into a company that's around its 52week high, low margin of safety

Companies with little debt so you know these companies aren't about to lay over and file for bankruptcy

enterprise value higher than market cap

at tail end of period of consolidation

Downside:

net profit still negative based off Covid losses, but that is worked into the current price based off its october fall; while the upsides have yet to catch attention

submitted by /u/PichRianaa
[link] [comments]Kind Regards R
